Shipping Policy

At Aaheal, operated by Aahan Global Retail Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring that your Ayurvedic and healthcare products reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices and procedures for domestic and international deliveries. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.


1. Serviceable Areas

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside India. Availability will be displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, processing may take up to 72 hours.

3. Delivery Timelines

(a) Domestic Orders (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days.
  • Rural/Non-serviceable Locations: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days depending on courier availability.

(b) International Orders

  • Delivery timelines vary by country, typically 7–15 business days.
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond Aaheal’s control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).
    • Standard shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping:
    • Charges vary depending on country, weight, and order value.
    • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, which are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
  • Orders can be tracked on the courier partner’s website.
  • For assistance, contact support@aaheal.com with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers.

7. Packaging

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile items receive extra protective packaging.
  • Customers are requested to not accept delivery if the package is tampered with, damaged, or opened. Instead, contact us immediately.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events.
  • Customs inspections or clearance for international orders.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Aaheal will not be held liable for such delays but will assist in resolving them to the best of our ability.


9. International Shipping Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that Ayurvedic and healthcare products are legally permitted in their country.
  • Aaheal will not be liable if customs authorities confiscate or reject shipments.
  • Additional clearance fees or import duties are to be borne by the customer.

10. Change of Address

  • Address changes are allowed before dispatch of the order.
  • Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
  • Customers must contact support@aaheal.com immediately for corrections.

11. Undelivered Packages

Orders may be considered undelivered if:

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Customs authorities reject the package (for international orders).

In such cases:

  • Domestic orders will be returned to Aaheal, and re-shipping charges will apply.
  • International orders may be destroyed or returned by customs, and no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

12. Partial Shipments

  • In cases where certain products are unavailable, Aaheal may ship the available products first.
  • The remaining items will be shipped separately at no extra cost.
  • Customers will be informed of partial shipments via email/SMS.

13. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available only for select pin codes in India.
  • Customers must pay the exact amount to the delivery agent.
  • Repeated COD order refusals may lead to suspension of COD services for the customer.

14. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery.

15. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, Aaheal will either resend the order or issue a refund.
  • If the product arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

16. Force Majeure

Aaheal shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or courier disruptions.


17. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in logistics, courier partnerships, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
