At Aaheal, operated by Aahan Global Retail Private Limited, we value our customers and strive to provide the best Ayurvedic and healthcare products. We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website and receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.
By purchasing from Aaheal, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received a product that is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product compared to your order.
- The product has expired or is close to expiry at the time of delivery.
Please note: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products opened, used, or tampered with unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable.”
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
- Personal care, supplements, or consumables once the seal is broken.
3. Time Frame for Returns
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@aaheal.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Attach clear images/videos of the product and packaging to support your claim.
- Our support team will verify the claim and approve/reject the return request.
5. Return Pickup and Process
- Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup through our courier partner, if available in your area.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse address:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging with invoice, tags, and any free gifts (if applicable).
6. Inspection and Approval
- Returned items will be inspected once received at our warehouse.
- Refund/replacement will be approved only if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect as claimed.
- If the return is rejected (e.g., product found used/tampered), it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
7. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after collecting account details.
8. Refund Options
Customers may choose one of the following:
- Full Refund – credited to your original payment method.
- Store Credit – redeemable on future Aaheal purchases.
- Replacement Product – subject to stock availability.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to Aaheal’s error (defective/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the return is due to customer’s choice or error, the customer must bear return shipping costs (if applicable).
10. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned as per this policy.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
11. International Orders
- For international customers, only damaged or incorrect products are eligible for return.
- Reverse pickup is not available internationally; customers must arrange shipping at their own cost.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable.
12. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or original payment method.
- Contact your bank/credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@aaheal.com.
13. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
- Aaheal reserves the right to deny returns if there is a pattern of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
- Customers engaging in fraudulent activities may have their accounts suspended.
14. Liability Disclaimer
- Our products are Ayurvedic and wellness-based; they are not substitutes for medical treatment.
- Aaheal is not liable for product misuse, allergic reactions, or results that differ from person to person.
- Please consult a healthcare professional before using any Ayurvedic supplements.
15. Policy Updates
- Aaheal reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
- Updated policies will be posted on our website with revised “Last Updated” dates.
